SaaSLaunchingLab (the “Service”) is operated by Pastoria Project SL, a company incorporated in Spain (CIF B57664179), with registered address at Camí de Son Rapinya, 8, 1A · 07013 Palma · Balearic Islands · Spain. We are committed to protecting your personal data. This is a placeholder policy for Cycle C1 and will be replaced by the full policy before public launch.

We collect only what is strictly necessary to operate the platform: your name, email address, hashed password, roles, activity logs (product submissions, feedback, referrals), and consent records. All data is stored in the European Union.

Your rights (GDPR). You may request a copy of your data or its erasure at any time from Settings → Your data. For privacy and data-protection matters, contact our data controller at info@pastoria.es. For anything else (support, feedback, general questions), write to info@saaslaunchinglab.com.

Payments. When paid billing launches (Cycle P3), card data will be handled exclusively by Stripe; no card information will ever touch our servers.
